Open House: Civil Liberties Exhibit
12/6/2018
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
California History Center
You're invited to an open house for the fall exhibit at the California History Center:
The exhibit is rich with narrative, photographs and the history of civil liberties. It focuses on hidden stories of unsung heroes and heroines in California who stood up for their rights in the face of social hostility, physical violence, and economic hardship.
Fourteen interpretive panels of photographs and text that tell the stories of ordinary people capable of extraordinary acts who fought violations of their civil liberties in California, reflecting the prejudices and political winds of the time.
This meeting is ADA accessible. For special accommodations and program information, contact Tom Izu at izutom@deanza.edu
